The unique Nemire Spoon Buzzer combines the commotion of a buzzbait with the tantalizing wobble of a spoon to entice big fish. The Spoon Buzzer was first invented in the 1970s by John Nemire, and in 1998 the classic design was updated and reintroduced to fishermen. Captain Chris Schuber has brought the lure to the Upstate, and particularly to Lake Keowee where he uses it to catch largemouth and spotted bass, but it is also an excellent saltwater lure for species such as redfish.
